In the first few years of my career, I have learned something (that i think is valuable) about the way I work. I think I am at my best when I am busy. Maybe too busy. I recently started to schedule meetings/appointments on my own calendar for specific tasks (ie. "work on spot illustrations for Flood Guide") and try my best to buckle down and focus on 1 major task for a set amount of time.

All of that to say is that i have been extremely busy this week (working, training new co-ops, smaller staff, looking at 7 apartments in 3 days, etc.) BUT I am happy. I try to enjoy the wave and hope for the best.
