Race Strategy Editor

Recently worked with Hyperdrive and Toyota to come up with an analytical app that measured car performance for the 2017 Prius Challange back in March. We came up with charts and graphs through D3, that captured live data, turn by turn to allow drivers and teams to get maximum fuel efficiency out of their vehicles. They might have been going about 14 MPH, but they were throwing out insanely high MPG on the track.

This was an early unused concept for the Race Strategy Editor. This tool allowed drivers prior to the race, to strategize how exactly they would drive each section of the track on race day for maximum MPG.

This project was required a ton of ideas, client feedback, user testing, and tricky solutions to maximize the user experience. Glad to have had @Josh Dunsterville working alongside me for this one.
