Shoe Insoles & Accessories

In 2016, Payless Shoe Source did a complete brand refresh of their shoe accessories and insole wall, I was tasked to come up with clean designs that focused more on the product. Using Silver as the main product for everyone, and pink for women's version.

Items include:
Shoe Horns, Shine Sponges, Shoe Refreshers, Aerosols for Cleaning and Protecting, Shoe Polishes, 21 different types of feet cushions for heels, ball of arch, grips, 22 different types of insoles for various types of shoes, and an assortment of 52 laces.

All the SKU's were created for Domestic (English), Canadian (French/English), and Latin America (Spanish/English).

350 SKU were created to be distributed to their 4,400 stores.

Shoe Care Planograms were created to plan out which items belong on the shelf, cash register, or a spinning shelf. Top seller items and popular items are placed at eye level and help diversify the products in an attractive way.
