Reminder: This project aims at showing how we tackle a problem at La Ruche by presenting all the steps in "real time"

The research
Prior to the redesign, our UX Research team went on the field to see how the Food Producers were managing their stocks. They don't look only at how our Product is used but also what other tools are used, why, when, and all the things happening outside any platform.
When do they have a meeting, what is said, what happen when they are in the middle of the field, with their gloves on and without any connection, etc.

Once the research is done, it has to be understood by the team. Yumiko (Product Design Manager) drew some of the situations to communicate the feelings. Behind the facts, how it's perceived by the users.
Together with photos, verbatims, thoughts, it's all put on the wall to let anyone (dev, design, pm) learn about the subject.
