Know Your Company homepage redesign

I recently redesigned the marketing site for Know Your Company (www.knowyourcompany.com), a software product that helps CEOs overcome company growing pains. The goal of the redesign was to put a greater focus on the employee perspective, and to present real data that supports KYC's customer stories. I worked directly with their CEO to design each page of the site - this is a shot of the landing page.
