Goal Create redesign

Last summer, we watched our customers create their goals for the quarter. An important discovery was how our users would brainstorm using Google docs, PowerPoints and even sticky notes! The flexibility of those tools allowed our customers to create their goals privately before publishing, as well as illustrating hierarchy through bulleted lists.

We recognized that BetterWorks alone should help our customers brainstorm, prioritize and finalize their goals. Our focus in this redesign was emphasizing hierarchy, private collaboration, and the ability to create in the users unique style.
