Economic Dashboard

President Obama was briefed weekly on the state of the economy by the economic team. We realized that the majority of the data they presented to Obama was publicly accessible through FRED APIs. Using High Charts we built this responsive dashboard of realtime, unfiltered data so the American people could explore what POTUS was using to help make policy decisions. Each chart had an audio explanation from an administration official and was embeddable on 3rd party sites. Unfortunately right before the launch the project was scrapped due to internal priorities. This was completed in 2014.
