Supprt Dropdown Menu

While looking to improve the UX for users who found themselves looking for support, we designed a back up located in the support drop downdown menu (as opposed to the contextual supports we have).

This would allow them to get a much clearer idea of available channels, and the response rate for each. This mock puts a heavier emphasis on phone and community support, which at present, will provide the best outcome for users.
