CSS Chevrons

Sometimes in UI design it's the "little" things. Chevrons add so much more intuitive meaning to our "status filters" in Payable -- but were absent for so long because I didn't have a good solution in mind.

The more obvious CSS approach using border-width to make triangles just wouldn't work with the indicator bottom border... Ended up coming up with a solution overlaying the 'separators' and using skew to get the right look.
