    A sample of web designs created as I started to shift my career focus to front-end development and move away from video production.

    I felt I had the static mockup design part down, but needed to figure out how to correctly build the interfaces I made in Photoshop. I watched every video on CSS-Tricks and started to learn a little WordPress and Drupal along the way.

    In late 2009, I was still working as a motion graphics artist and editing part-time for HDNet when I got a job designing and "slicing" web sites for Page1Solutions in Golden, CO. After a few months I was hooked and happily swapped all-night motion renders for real-time bugs in Internet Explorer.

    Looking back on that important and exciting time in my life, I can't imagine where I would be without the help and patience of those fellow team members and senior developers.
