An experiment with colors, pattern and circles...TOO MANY CIRCLES.

I didn't know and didn't find an easy way to do this, so I had to move and position each one of those circles individually. If anyone knows a way to do that in a simple and more time-effective way, for god's sake, let me know!

I really like the result though ;)
