Animated Inflatable Man Using MIDAS After Effects Plug-in

Recently, I’ve come across a cool After Effects plug-in from the legendary Matt Jykka, the author of ‘Motion v2’, called MIDAS and decided to jump at the chance to try it out in one of my animations.

As it turned out, this plug-in is simply a fantastic tool. In fact, it is a set of different and powerful tools for creating, controlling, and managing complex animations with just a few keyframes.

While experimenting a bit with its ‘Cloth’ tool, the first thing which came to our minds was this inflatable man or an air dancer, animated with just about 20 mouse clicks and basically without any keyframes at all.
