Honestly, I don't know Karelian for liquid but i know that it kills electronic devices. So today i have second wasted keyboard in two months. It can possibly be restored by cleaning with alcohol when it was water or tea, but it's absolutely useless when it was poured with glue. Thanks my little daughter.

Btw, in Japan, kids are allowed to do whatever they want until they reach the age of five. I remember this educational principle even though i studied that 9 years ago in psychological university.

I think this is very good to let children gain experience by themselves. I'm not saying wasting keyboards is cool but you shouldn't punish your under 5yo kid for it no matter how angry you are. Keep thing away from kids if you want it safe or accept it was accidentally broken by them.
