3 Ingredients of the Ideal Team Player

I've been neck deep in leadership books, and one stood out among the rest: Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Ideal Team Player. So much so I wrote a blog post about it on Sidecar.

In the post, I share a vulnerable conversation with @Yegor Mytrofanov co-founder of @Zajno Crew about the 3 ingredients a team player must have - stuff hiring leaders should know.

As for the shot, I cut color plastic gels (meant for coloring lights) to try to convey 3 things in 1 person.
