Synappse - Team Goal Summaries & Leaderboards

We're designing a great new feature for Synappse which allows companies to view monthly and annual targets for their teams. Each objective displays the target goal, and how well the company is performing as a whole to reach that goal. There is also a great feature called "Leaderboard" which displays the top three contributors to each objective. This is a great way to hold team members accountable, and encourage some friendly competition!
