Countdown to The Masters – 1/18

Despite the club’s controversial history and lingering stubborn policies, Augusta National is a pretty cool place. It’s hard to fully celebrate an event that remains exclusive to male participants, but I’m hopeful that, as the sport continues to grow and progress, women will soon compete in their own tournament that we call The Masters.

Each hole at Augusta, formerly the site of a nursery, is named after a flowering tree or shrub. In anticipation of this year’s tournament, I am counting down the days with some vector art to represent each hole. The template is meant to look like a scorecard or leaderboard. (In golf, red numbers are a good thing.)
