The Ratio

The Ratio is a web app born out of a San Francisco all women's hackathon. Our goal was to empower women through company transparency and help change the ratio of male to female employees in the tech industry. I was the lead designer on a team of 5 engineers. Together we worked to build a platform that showcased how companies rank best for women in tech. We used a custom algorithm that pulled data from publically provided diversity reports as well as employee input to create our scoring system.
