Tarot: Strength

There are so many strong women in my life right now. A few of them very close to me are going through some really heavy situations at the moment, but keeping their heads held high above the mire. It kills me that I can't do anything for them except to be around to listen and give them all the support I can.

Sometimes life will kick up dust around you. You can either sit there and get dirty or actively move in a direction where it won't touch you. I opt for the latter. But in order to do that I often need to process life's problems in ways words can't explain. This tarot card series has given me that outlet. Design gives us the ability to solve problems for people everyday. But can we solve our own emotional and mental problems with it? I think so.

Sidenote: it just hit me that this is kinda Beauty and the Beasty. Unintended, but neat nonetheless.
