A little identity for a local Kansas City barbecue savant. His father made a dynamite barbecue sauce in his own back 20 years ago. And now that sauce is a fierce competitor and winner in just about any barbecue competition in the midwest. The barn references their family's farm where I'm sure many meals have been shared and have inspired the creation of this amazing barbecue sauce.
