One Well Brewing - Comic Book Menu

I was asked to develop a new food menu for One Well Brewing; a brewery and restaurant in Kalamazoo, MI with a growing reputation for taking chances on their beer styles, and crafting a culture that is vividly their own.

With a bar atmosphere and client base that thrives off of board games, pinball and arcade games, it felt fitting to take their menu in a direction that felt both nostalgic and interactive.

Over the past two years, we've been developing characters that reflect the personalities of the two owners (Bigfoot and Wizard) and have begun rounding out a cast of characters that will lend itself to an actual comic in the near future. But until then, we teased their audience with vintage-style advertisements, some real, some not, to keep their customers engaged with the brand and culture.
