Here are all pages that I've done for this campaign site last year (in colaboration with @Petar Stojakovic)

The point is that users will take test and then based on their test results get matched against best employer.

Since this is website that will be adjustable for multiple clients, users will be only able to fill info and get results because test will be done on 3rd party website. So users will be redirected after they fill out info about them.
