this is a direct mail piece for a major real estate development in chicago // the objective was to utilize the high-contrast b&w photography in tandem with the bold, magenta typeface to highlight key features about the new spaces being offered to potential tenants // this booklet folded in half, much like a newspaper, and was mailed in a bright magenta envelope
