Grouse Mountain ticket funnel- App

I was getting ready for my vacation to Vancouver and checking out where I could snowboard, I started by checking out Whistler but the found Grouse Mountain an bit closer to home. They only sell day tickets for use on the day of purchase, and the app didn't allow the user to buy through it, you had to have access to a desktop. So this is an exploration into how a sales funnel inserted on the front screen could work and improve ticket sales for the mountain.
