It's been a busy day today. Went to and fro all day and get huge load o' stuff done. I wish i had my own teleport.

There's obviously no word for teleport in Karelian, but knowing how they used to create new words, i think, this must be 'teleportu'. Pretty simple. Just like Japanese do with such a words. They also borrowed the word, thats why it is written in katakana テレポート pronounced like 'terepo-oto'.

By the way, did you know there's no letter L in Japanese at all?
