Make It Better

At Focus Lab, we have a series of standards. #makeitbetter is one we use a bunch. We are always looking to better our work, processes, personal lives, etc. We all strive to better ourselves on the @Focus Lab team. In that spirit, I've been spending this year thinking about the business and not design. Thinking of ways to make our business better. Defining what we are and why we do what we do, among many other things.

Part of that is looking beyond our standards and zeroing in on our core values: the three corners of our collective being. I'm excited to share the vision, and all that comes with it at our next onsite. So here's to never settling and always looking to Make It Better.
