City Repair: VBC10 Contact Card Front (~2010)

For this event we had many different organizers with many different roles and not enough budget (or coherence) to make specific business cards for each person ahead of time. So I designed a card that an organizer to add their name and email to and which could also be used for promotion of the event.

In 2010 I took on the role of Publicity Coordinator for a large event called the Village Building Convergence organized by the Portland, OR nonprofit City Repair. This role essentially began my career as a designer.

The event is essentially a 10 day long, volunteer powered, radical, collaborative neighborhood improvement marathon.
