The wandering hobo would want to know what breadcrumbs are out there for finding a good place to eat or some sleep for the night. This symbol could help in locating such places when applied to a location. It's a catch-all symbol for hobos to communicate with each other.

It's a bit avian, a bit insect, and a bit guardian-like.
