SaaS product for rental properties

Company:
Slopejet (now RainMaker ILM)

Problem:
We needed a way for rental properties to capture leads and then change them to prospects while keeping up to date with appointments and statistics for their progress and the company's progress.

Solution:
I referenced the design team from Jira. In my career, I have always used Jira and really liked the kanban and agile boards and how you created a task that changed to a card. I also got inspiration from the material design guidelines from google. For the prospect page, I designed each swimlane for a different part of the process and then added the necessary information an agent for a rental property would need to see. On the calendar page by not showing only the month in a normal calendar view I also added other cards for other information that reflect that month. The leads page showed all of the leads that agent was currently working on. I thought a step beyond just a list table an agent could also click on a row and then a card to the right would come up so the agent could call, email, or edit information about that lead.

Role:
I was in charge of the UI/UX design. I then converted my design to HTML and CSS. I worked with other programmers to implement the interaction of dragging and dropping each card between each swim lane and to pull in the data via Laravel.
