Simple Feedback from BetterWorks

Traditional feedback can be burdensome, heavy and complicated. During our research, we witnessed a long and painful process for everyone involved; from HR, to managers and directs, it was a flawed system.

We saw an opportunity to improve the traditional feedback experience. Part of our mission was to cut down on steps that slow down the process. The design team worked through several iterations in order to eliminate steps to that process. We were able to simplify scheduled feedback, and streamline it into 3 basic steps. The steps are: Request, Give and View your feedback.

One of the benefits of this feature is that we automatically suggest people based on your work relationships. The customer can review who they’re getting feedback from and make modifications if need be.
