Life Update Moving to Portland

Big life news!

After 11 years in North Carolina, my wife and I have decided to make a move. To Portland! We have built an amazing life in NC and it is hard to say goodbye to all of the wonderful friendships and relationships we have established while living here. We both moved to NC separately, met down here. Now it's time to take a new adventure together.

With the move to Portland comes a new step in my career. I have spent the last four years building Olark. I can't say enough good things about Olark. Leaving my remote team at Olark is just as hard as leaving our local friends. They are smart, empathetic, thoughtful, and simply great people.

I have loved working at Olark but the extrovert in me (lets face it all of me) has been itching to get away from remote work. I know it sounds crazy, but I don't think remote work is for everyone.

Starting in the March I will be joining the team at Cozy. They are a growing team that is full of talented and thoughtful people. I can't wait to jump in and start contributing.
