Here in Karelia there are two types of frost. I mean cold weather. When it's cold kinda above -10 C° we call it 'pakkaine'. But when it's below, i mean it's fucking freezing outside, it is 'vilu'.
Today it's pretty cold (-14 C°) and windy and snowy. What a beautiful conditions to drift around the town. Drift is somewhere around the top of my personal "Awesome Japanese Stuff List". I have no time to built a racing car and go hardcore. Lazy drifting around the snowy town is enough for me. Of course i have RWD car.
Btw, always double check Google translations. It says Japanese for 'freeze' is フリーズする. But this actually means a freeze related to non-responding computer or mobile device.
This particular Kanji is literally for 'frost' i guess. In Japanese i found too many words for coldness and i don't know for sure, but 寒い is supposed to be the one about weather. Correct me if i wrong.
