Settings

The old settings view was making it hard to have a clear mental model of an account's settings.

This layout will hold all an account's 'backend' views.

Still need to work out how to design the top navigation bar. Any ideas? It's fine on wide screens, but is a bit cluttered on iPad or smaller.
