Reamaze Events UI

We just introduced an events interface to help keep track of how customer service agents are interacting with any given conversation. After a lot of testing and design work we decided to make the events UI as fluid and as intertwined with the thread as possible. The bulleted chronological ordering of events are displayed within the thread.
