Boomed (fried egg) Scallion Pie

Scallion Pancake is deep fried in a pot of oil until both are fused together. Imagine a sunny side egg and a scallion pancake being over-layed and deep fried until they become one. The egg yolk is till in semi liquid form when we ate it and you have to careful so that it does not spurt out when you bite into it.
If you travel to Hualien, Taiwan, you definitely need to try it!!!
