Tweet Wall

At Refresh Bellingham we put a tweet wall up on a big screen throughout the evening. In the past we've used Brightkite's wall function, but it has become highly unreliable for the past few months, distorting avatars and failing to load content in a timely fashion. So, @grilldan and I put together a very simple code for a wall of our own. Nothing fancy, but it'll serve our needs quite nicely.
