good for a handout

If you look at the traditional symbol for handout, it is just an x in a circle. I wanted to do better than that in this one.

Rationale:
X marks the spot with this one - you get place, the location (the "x"), and the superimposed eyeball; as in, you better keep an eye on this place for some eats.

Color choice:
Lively red to blue as you'd want to see where you can get some free food.
