Settings & Theme Panel for iPad app

Just started working on a UI for an iPad app we're developing. This is the first draft of a settings & theme panel. It needs more work, I don't like the bottom of each "theme" graphic. I want to make the current activated wallpaper a bit more cut-out of the interface window. The themes (wallpapers) are not set yet, just some quick fillers.
