Implementation Roadmap

Roadmaps come in many different flavors, but one of my favorite variations is the Implementation Roadmap, which is delivered at the end of a project. I prioritize the ideas and features that weren't able to be addressed during the project, as well as suggest future optimization activities that go along with creating a new product or site (e.g., usability benchmarking, multivariate testing, additional research with user types that may have been a smaller priority during the project).
