Translation is the ultimate personalization

At Hounder we do a lot of multi-language projects for global companies. Yet each one is always different and has unique business needs that affect the UI based on the location and browser language of the visitor. For this client, we're playing with some secondary language selector ideas for a training catalog. Some are offered in some languages and some are not. Here is one of the prototypes. What do you think?
