BOSS - Building For Our Sustainable Success

Hey! This is my first post. I worked with a friend to get this design going. It's for a T-shirt design, but I wanted feedback. So if you can give any I'd appreciate it!

The idea came from changing the concept associated with a Boss, and focus more so on how relating typical stereotypes into more of a team-conscious idea. The Letters are B - O - S - S which are windows into how a team works. As the letters go from left to right, the team gradually becomes more involved and achieves success. I chose this concept because I believe a boss isn't about the individual, it's about working and operating with a team to achieve an overall result.
