For me there are two types of photographers. Ones who 'see' and the others who don't. Luckily, i have a friend who does.

Sometimes we are making photo trips around the town or going countryside looking for beautiful locations. Cameras don't matter. What matters is that at the same location he makes outstanding shots and i'm just floating nearby wasting shutter. That's why i'm not even trying to pretend i am a photographer. No way!

It's Mitrij. His pictures are just as beautiful as modest he is, and that's the reason i'm spreading the word about him. This great photograph on the background looks for me like a postcard or a cover of a beautiful book. It was shot in Vedlozero village in Karelia.

By the way, village in Japanese is 村 (Mura), and Kylä in Karelian. However, there's another word for village in Karelian — Hieru. The difference is in size. Hieru is much smaller than kylä, and kylä necessarily have church.

And this is just an outstanding score by amazing Ennio. Ennio Morricone — Rodeo
