Qualtrics - Build Survey

A rethink of Qualtrics Survey Builder. The goals are: 1) simplify the survey creating flow by elevating the priority of the high-frequency features (edit questions, add/edit options, rearranging questions, etc), so that there are less steps needed to perform those tasks; 2) Modernise the old-fashioned UI.
