#2 post of #Framer100 challenge

"Draggable" layer is used to micmic the sliding panel.
I was trying to use "scroll" component (which I think is achievable) but I dropped the idea at the end.
Also I set up a case by case logic; however, I think it could be optimised to reduce the "if else" loop.
Thus, the code became really "scripted".
