Loowatt

Loowatt provide a hygienic and low-cost waterless toilet system for use in developing countries where water is scarce. Starting in Madagascar they created a network of collectors, shops and treatment plants that generate electricity and fertiliser.

The UX challenge was to create a mobile app to manage the daily processes for the collectors on the ground – assigning jobs, collecting waste and providing refills.
