Realstax Sign Up Form

The goal was to create a simple focused signup form that collected all info we might need to activate an account. We wanted to make the form feel more engaging and human. To achieve this we used conversational copy for our prompts and broke down the form to 2 fields per view. The trade off is that the form takes a little longer to get through.

To indicate progress we included step dots and to give the user a feeling of progression we used a slide from right to left animation. Illustrations at the bottom are used to also reinforce the idea of progress and to add a little delight.
