Liberia, a country of 5 million people has 1 psychiatrist. Ethiopia, a country of 85 million people has 16 psychiatrists, and Uganda, a country of 35 million people has 30 psychiatrists. Mindfullwe will equip ordinary people with the skills (which is called task sharing) to assume the overall responsibility of non-drug treatments in developing an intervention for common mental disorders with the eventual goal of recovery.
