Analyzing data for shareout and reporting findings

First, I distributed the online study to 100 recruited participants. This study dealt with gaining an understanding of the terminology we use in our app and website, and to see how that matches up wit the customer's mental model.
We asked participants to first define terms in their own words. Then we asked participants to match a term with the definition provided.
Myself another co-worker, collected the data, analyzed and clustered the results and shared our findings with a team of product managers, researchers and designers. As a result, several terms that were used on the website were changed to be more inline with the user's mental model.
