Biomimicry Animation

Biomimicry focuses on looking to nature to solve design challenges. This first example shows how the kingfisher bird, especially the shape of their beak, influenced the Shinkansen Bullet Train design in Japan.

I did this project a couple of years ago, not commissioned by anyone, but was fortunate to have The Biomimicry Institute share it on their social media.
