Illustration Challenge #9 - Coat of Arms

First draft for the second coat of arms: Lower Austria.
Quite tricky as the features are much smaller/detailed.
I tried to work with the same grid as on the first one, but just used it for the figures, which I then scaled down for the final layout. Not yet 100% happy with the shape of the wings, and I need to adjust the stroke of the eagles a bit I think…
