How roads happen

Here we have the rare process of how a new road is created. It is said that if you draw some dots and lines on the ground in a specific manner, after a certain amount of time, a road appears there, surrounded by trees and text bubbles.

Some text bubbles eventually turn into traffic signs, but that process has never been observed.
